Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice), undrained
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. crushed ice
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except yogurt in container of electric blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Add yogurt and process until just blended.
    Yields 4 cups (142 calories per 1-cup serving). Contains 4 g protein, 1.2 g fat, 31.3 g carbohydrate, 3 mg cholesterol, 41 mg sodium and 118 mg calcium.
