Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. Minute oatmeal
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat the shortening and sugar until creamy.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
