Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
3 eggs
3 diced apples
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle butterscotch chips over the top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
