Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 deep dish pastry shell
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. sausage, browned
4 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper

Preparation

Line shell with cheese and sausage.
Pour other combined ingredients over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
