Crescent House Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (11 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (about 4 oz.)
Preparation

Combine everything but the cheese and potato chips in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Combine cheese and potato chips and sprinkle on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
