Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots (optional)
1 c. diced ham (optional)
1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix veggies, ham and cheese in baking pan.
Make white sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
(Can shorten process by not cooking white sauce ingredients, simply mix well and pour over.)
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 60 more minutes, until potatoes are tender.
