Beaver Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw, fat beaver meat
    3 potatoes, unpeeled
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Grind beaver, potatoes and onion in a food grinder.
    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and the Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix well and form into patties.
