Green Chili Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked with salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/8 c. milk
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 small can green chiles
Preparation
    Mix rice and sour cream.
    Remove seeds and veins from chiles and chop (chile peppers in small can).
    In casserole put a layer of rice mixture, then a layer of chiles and next a layer of cheese. Alternate layers, ending up with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
