Cheesy Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. celery, sliced
3/4 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. potatoes, cubed
3 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large, heavy pot.
Bring to a boil and cook, covered, at low heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
Add corn and remove from heat.
