Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. fettucini
    4 oz. cream
    2 oz. butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg, beaten (optional)
    1 gal. water, salted and 1 oz. oil
Preparation
    Cook and drain pasta in water, salt and oil.
    Do not rinse pasta.
    Toss pasta in butter and add cream, cheese and parsley. Toss again, then add egg.
    Toss and serve immediately.
    (You can leave out the egg if you worry whether it will cook completely when tossed in the hot pasta.)
