Connie'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. unbleached flour, unsifted
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil. Pour over sugar, shortening and salt. Stir to dissolve. Cool to lukewarm (115\u00b0).
    Add yeast. Stir. Add beaten eggs. Stir in flour, 2 cups at a time.
    Dough will be sticky. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    (Dough will keep at least a week in refrigerator.)
