Marinated Country Fried Steak Or Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed steak or venison
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    all-purpose flour
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place steak (or venison) in a shallow dish and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Pour soy sauce over meat.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 6 hours.
    Drain.
    Dredge steak or venison in flour.
    Brown on both sides in hot oil over low heat.
