Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine oil and sugar; mix well.
Sift together remaining dry ingredients.
Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
Blend.
Add other dry ingredients alternately with eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
Add carrots.
Mix well.
Add nuts; mix.
