Whole Wheat Molasses Batter Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. molasses
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. oats
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. or pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Heat the buttermilk, molasses and margarine in saucepan until margarine is melted and mixture is warm, not hot.
Mix the dry ingredients, including yeast in mixing bowl.
Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients and beat for 3 minutes.
Cover dough and set somewhere warm (not hot) and let rise 1 to 2 hours.
Beat the risen dough down with spoon.
Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Let rise 45 minutes.
Before bread is ready to bake, turn oven on. When hot, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
