Prize Winning Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 c. corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar (1/2 can be used)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. whole pecan meats
1 (9-inch) pie pan with pastry
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour in pastry-lined pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
