Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add ground beef, breaking apart with fork.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer for approximately 1/2 hour.
