Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onions and peppers in a small amount of oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Drain fat, and then add tomatoes, tomato sauce and beans.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a large casserole dish.
    Mix the cornbread mix according to directions on package and pour over bean mixture.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven (preheated) until golden brown and bubbly, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
