Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
1 large green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
6 or 7 medium potatoes, boiled with skins
Preparation

Slice
and
layer
potatoes
with
other ingredients in large casserole dish.
Blend mayonnaise and cheese for sauce. Pour over mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
