Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 lb. pkg. fresh bean sprouts, washed and drained
    7 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    black olives, sliced (if desired)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine.
    Toss with dressing.
    Garnish with chopped, hard-boiled egg, if desired.
