Cheese Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small tomato, chopped fine
    1 small bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (according to how hot)
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Stir and serve hot.
