Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion, diced
1 c. green pepper
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. tomatoes, canned
2 c. shrimp, cooked
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. celery, diced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Cook onions, green pepper, celery in butter or margarine over simmer burner until soft but not brown. Stir in flour and seasonings.
Add tomatoes and shrimp.
Turn burner on full and heat to boiling. Serve over rice.
