Chicken In Sherry Creme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c butter
1 1/2 c heavy cream
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 broiler, cut in 4 inch pieces
1/4 c sherry
salt, cayenne pepper to taste
flour
Preparation

Heat butter in frying pan.
Mix salt and cayenne papper with some flour.
Dredge chicken pieces through flour mixture and brown.
Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes or until cooked and tender.
Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
Add cream and sherry to pan and stir until smooth.
Add Worcestershire sauce and stir.
Pour sauce over fried chicken and serve immediately.
