Ground Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. onion soup mix or 1 onion, chopped
    6 c. slightly salted thinly sliced potatoes, cooked almost done, drained
    2 cans golden mushroom soup plus 1 soup can water
    1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 or 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion soup mix or onion.
    Cook and drain off grease.
    Layer beef, potatoes and soup in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Add grated cheese over top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese melts and lightly browns.
