Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 onions
    6 red peppers
    6 yellow peppers
    6 green peppers
    1/2 c. celery
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. weakened vinegar
Preparation
    Scald all ingredients for 5 minutes. Drain and boil in vinegar for 1/2 hour.
    Jar and seal.
