Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. thin fresh apples
    1 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salad oil. Stir in sugar. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to oil and sugar.
    Add apples, walnuts and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done. (For a Pyrex dish, bake at 325\u00b0.)
    Frost cake while warm.
