Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. warm water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Dissolve cocoa in warm water.
Add mayonnaise and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Mix together the flour mixture and cocoa mixture until smooth, but don't overbeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in the middle.
