Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, lightly beaten
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/3 cup warm water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
flour (as needed)
melted butter
Preparation

In a saucepan put milk, sugar and salt.
Heat until melted. When cool, add to beaten egg and dissolved yeast.
Add enough flour until dough is too stiff to beat.
Cover and let rise double.
Push down and roll out.
Cut.
Brush 1/2 of circle with melted butter.
Fold over.
Let rise 20 minutes in a greased pan. Bake at 450\u00b0.
