Beans And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans *
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pasta (small size, i.e. shells, elbow)
Preparation

In a medium size pot, heat oil and saute garlic over medium heat.
Add tomatoes and Ro-Tel.
Stir.
Add basil, salt and pepper.
Cook for approximately 45 minutes, stirring every five minutes.
Add beans and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Toss with sauce.
Serves 4.
