Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and salt.
Add eggs.
Add chilies, corn and cheese.
Sift flour.
Mix in cornmeal, baking powder and salt to flour.
Add dry mixture to butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
