Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    dash of salt
    2 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), rinsed with running water
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    frozen nondairy whipped topping or whipped cream for garnish
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, gelatin, water and salt in pan; cook over medium heat until clear.
    Cool.
    Add blueberries.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
    Refrigerate until set. Serve with frozen whipped topping or whipped cream.
    Yields 8 servings.
