Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    9 oz. container Cool Whip
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 boxes instant lemon pudding
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup chopped pecans together.
    Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Mix together powdered sugar and cream cheese.
    Add 1 cup Cool Whip.
    Spread over first layer when cool.
    Whip lemon pudding with milk until thick enough to spread over second layer.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
