Speedy Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well. Combine water and yeast; let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour and salt (dough will be soft and sticky).
    Using the back of a spoon, spread dough on bottom and up sides of a greased 10-inch pizza pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Combine tomato sauce, oregano and garlic powder; spread evenly over crust.
    Sprinkle with sausage and bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until crust is browned.
    Top with Parmesan and Romano cheese.
    Yields one 10-inch pizza.
