Congealed Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) size lemon jello
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. ripe peaches, cut into bite size
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add cold water.
Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Stir in gelatin.
Fold in Cool Whip and peaches.
Pour into mold and refrigerate until congealed.
