Baked Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pour frozen potatoes into a 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
    Heat soup and cream cheese together until smooth.
    Stir in sour cream. Pour over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/4 hours.
    Sprinkle generously with grated Cheddar cheese and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
