Cracker Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
15 crushed saltine crackers
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs with baking powder until stiff, then beat in sugar gradually.
Fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Spread in well-buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
Serve with ice cream, berries, sauce or combinations.
