Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with hands.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in Bundt pan.
Remove from pan.
