Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    grated rind and juice of 1 large lemon
    8-inch pie shell
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cream sugar with butter until light.
    Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
    Beat in grated rind and juice.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in lightly.
    Prebake pie shell in 425\u00b0 oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
