Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 stick margarine
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) Kraft garlic cheese link (may be found in the cheese section at Kroger)
1 large white onion, minced
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions until tender. Drain well and set aside.
Melt margarine, add garlic cheese links, mushroom soup and onion.
Cook until all ingredients are thickened.
Add the drained broccoli and stir.
Serve with rye melba rounds.
