Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. beef broth or white wine
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, quartered
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a shallow dish or on wax paper, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Evenly coat chops with seasoned flour; set aside.
    In medium skillet, cook coated chops in hot butter 5 minutes, until brown on both sides.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add broth or wine; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove cover and add mushrooms.
    Cook 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until chops are fully cooked. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
