Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut up
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. spaghetti
    small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water until tender, bone and cut up.
    Reserve broth.
    Put celery and onion in broth and cook until tender.
    Cook spaghetti noodles and add the chicken along with the onion and celery.
    Add mushrooms (drained), pimento and Velveeta.
    Place in large casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes three 1-quart casseroles.
