Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. can chopped California green chilies
1/3 lb. cubed Jack cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Arrange green chilies and Jack cheese in casserole.
Beat eggs until thick and foamy.
Add milk, flour and baking powder and beat until smooth.
Pour over chilies. Top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 until set.
Serve at once.
