Buchta(Poppy Seed Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. flour (more or less)
Preparation
    Put yeast into warm milk along with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Mix to dissolve.
    Add eggs to yeast mixture.
    Then add shortening, margarine or butter, salt, flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Work dough until smooth.
