Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
    2 c. flaked coconut, divided
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed of an electric beater until creamy. Add vanilla, beating well. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Stir in all but 1/2 cup coconut. Yield: 4 cups.
