Mock Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs, divided
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add ground beef and mix well.
    Shape into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
    Roll in remaining cracker crumbs. Fry in the olive oil over medium-high heat about three minutes on each side.
    Serve with milk gravy.
