Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple (13 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl the cooking oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add cinnamon, soda, salt and flour.
    Add last the carrots and pineapple.
    Put in greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
