Yankee Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans pork and beans
2 cans kidney beans (frozen may be used)
1/2 lb. hamburger (lean)
1/2 lb. bacon, cut into bite size pieces
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix in casserole dish pork and beans, drained kidney beans and lima beans.
Cook hamburger; crumble.
Cook bacon; cut into bite size pieces.
Chop up onions and bell peppers.
Cook until tender. Add to beans.
Add catsup and brown sugar.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serving Size:
8.
Serve with corn bread or serve with hot dogs or pork chops.
Great for barbecues or picnics.
