Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
2 cans stewed tomatoes
3 cans corn
2 cans green beans
2 medium onions
2 carrots
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. dried beans
1 can peas
2 pkg. chili seasoning mix
Preparation
-
Cut up all items and cook slowly in a large pot until done with chili mix.
Cook meat and add to soup before soup is ready. Add salt to suit your taste.
If available, fresh tomatoes, beans and peas are better.
