Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck pears
    2 medium bell peppers (3 red and 3 green)
    2 Tbsp. mixed whole spice
    5 medium size onions
    2 lb. sugar
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers in food chopper or blender and drain off juice. Grind pears with the onions. Allow juice to remain in the mixture. Combine all ingredients and cook in a pot for 30 minutes. Seal while hot in sterilized jars.
