Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 c. very hot water
1 t. vanilla
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, blend the sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Gradually stir in hot water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Cool slightly and add vanilla. Serve warm or cold over ice cream or cake. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.
