Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 peach (unsweetened)
    1/4 pear (unsweetened)
    1/2 of 1 ring pineapple (unsweetened)
    3 cherries (unsweetened)
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Arrange fruit on crisp salad greens.
    Top with 1/4 cup cottage cheese.
    Yield:
    1 serving.
    Carbohydrate 10 g, protein 8 g, fat 2 g, calories 90.
    One serving = 1 meat low-fat exchange, 1 fruit exchange.
